Paste a Spotify song, album or playlist link into /play and eara plays it in your voice channel. Nobody needs a Spotify account, and nobody needs Spotify Premium.
How to play Spotify in Discord
- Add eara to your server. It's free.
- Join a voice channel.
- Run
/play query:https://open.spotify.com/playlist/…with your link. eara joins your channel and starts playing.
You can also search by name, like /play query:song name, without a link.
Good to know
- Playlists queue every song in them, in order. Add shuffle:true to mix up only the songs you're adding.
- Spotify's own Listen Along needs Spotify Premium for everyone listening. eara plays to the whole channel from one shared queue, and anyone can add songs.
- Spotify links work in free servers.

Common questions
How do I play a Spotify playlist in Discord?
Add eara to your server, join a voice channel, then run /play and paste the playlist link into query. eara queues every song in the playlist.
Do I need Spotify Premium to use eara?
No. eara only reads the link, so neither you nor anyone in the channel needs a Spotify account.
Can I play my Liked Songs?
Liked Songs has no shareable link. Copy those songs into a playlist, set it to public, and paste that playlist's link instead.
