By accessing or using eara "the Service", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service "Terms". If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
eara is a Discord music bot that allows you to play music in your Discord server.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
- You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service.
- By posting content, you grant eara a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to, or attempt to:
- Violate any laws
- Post unauthorized commercial communications
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass, bully, or intimidate any user
- Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence
6. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions
- Some Service features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before checkout.
- Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") provides checkout as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Purchases are also governed by Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled. You may cancel through the Polar customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
- Taxes, payment disputes, and chargebacks are handled under Polar's terms and applicable law. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Polar's terms, and applicable law.
- Premium access may be suspended or end when a subscription is canceled, expires, or cannot be successfully charged.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall eara, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms.
