Premium billing, refunds, and cancelling

You can pay for Premium through Polar or Discord. Where you paid determines where you manage your subscription and what we can do for you.

Most subscriptions go through Polar, and you manage them in your Polar billing portal.

Open your billing portal

If you're logged in on this website, the portal opens right away. Otherwise, Polar asks for your email and sends you a code. You can also run in Discord.

Cancel your plan

Cancel in your billing portal

Premium keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. Run to see that date — it now says Ends instead of Renews.

is not a cancellation. It only removes Premium from one server, and you keep paying until you cancel.

Fix a failed payment

A failed payment makes your plan inactive: the invoice is overdue, and your servers lose Premium until it's paid.

Open your billing portal.
Update your card or payment method.
Pay the open invoice, if there is one.
Run . Your plan should be active again.

Your activated servers are kept, so you don't need to activate them again. If a server still doesn't have Premium, run in it.

Ask for a refund

We can refund up to one month of payments if you have a good reason, and we review every request.
Email [email protected] with your account email, your Polar order or receipt number, and your reason.
Never send your card number. We don't need it.
Polar issues the refund; how long it takes depends on your bank.
A refund does not cancel your plan. Cancel it as well, or you'll be charged again.

Premium is missing in a server

If your payments are fine but a server doesn't have Premium:

Run in that server to see whether it has Premium and who's paying.
If it doesn't, run . Buying a plan doesn't upgrade a server on its own.
Out of activations? Run in a server that doesn't need it. See Premium.

Something else

For an unrecognized charge, two overlapping plans, or an upgrade that didn't go through, ask in our Discord server.

Have your order or receipt number ready, and never post card details in a channel.
